1g rewired cas "?"

I have read all of the threads concerning the rewiring of the 1g cas to work with the 2g. My Queston is, the diagram that is posted on this website shows how to wiring the 1g CAS that contols both cam and crank sensor. In the insturctions, it says that you must invert the two blue wires. In the diagram, are the two wires inverted?

I used the #2 Magnus motorsports method. If you can give me any help, I would greatly appreciate it.
 
im not sure which two wires you are talking about. you are supposed to disconect the 2g cam n crank sensors (total 6 wires) and splice them to go into the 1g cas(total 4 wires) leaving the black and red wire from the cam sensor free--if you have a 95-96.

then if you dont have dsmlink you have to swap the pin locations on the ecu, like the directions say. the diagram shows the pin allocations on the ecu, labling them with numbers. then below the diagram there are instructions to take out wire 14, and place wire 1 in that spot, and then place wire 2 into wire 1 spot. etc.

if you have dsmlink, you simply have to just click the invert cas signal option and it does this for you.

The spark coil signal is inverted. Looking at the coils, label each wire A,B,C,D. Change the spark plug wire
locations: A is now C, B is now D, C is now A and D is now B. Another way to do this is to change the trigger
wires to the coil, (3 wire triangle plug, next to the igniter). Switch the two blue wires. One is blue with red
stripe, the other is blue with black stripe. The third wire that remains unchanged is black with white stripe.

This statement from Magnus is what I am talking about. I have gone to the coil on plug setup. I am not getting any spark out of the coils. I was wondering if I needed to invert the wires that go to the plug. I didn't do it before. I am hoping that this is the reason that I am not getting any spark.
Also, do you know if I can invert the cam angle signal through the AEM. I have found where I can invert the crank angle signal, but not the cam.
 
sorry i am not sure about the aem question, i have next to none experience with it, try asking on aem forums. im sure that there is an option for it. it should still run without the inverted signal, with a little bit higher idle.

i suppose that its possible for it not to get a spark. i dont know anythign about coil on plug setups and how the wiring might affect them. It seems to me that changing the wiring would only affect the order of things, and not the actual function. if you wired it up the way the cop instructions say, then i guess try switching the two blue wires with eachother.
 
Have you by chance done this conversion before? If so, did your car fire right up? Or, did you have some problems along the way. I know those seem like simple questions. But, I am looking to get this car running. I have spent so much money into it. Most people don't put this much into down payments on homes.Let alone a car.
 
now im curious. swapping those two wires made it so that you didn't have to switch the firing order. how did that fix it from not getting any spark at all??
