shouldnt a 20G turbo be faster than...

Yeah his trap speed say alot on that car....plus he says his 60's are 2.5's, and that is really bad. That guy needs to learn how to drive or get some slicks....

I must agree here. If that guy has a 400Hp car and is only pullin a 14 flat, he is a shitty driver. I have pulled an 11.8 out of a FWD with only 270HP. He can't handle the car.

OMG OMG OMG Whoa!!! I am pushin between 375 and 400 an hoping for low 12's. How'd you do it?

I forgot to mention this was in my other car. A Honda Civic CX HB with an LS/VTEC and 80 shot direct port. The car ran 12.8 all motor on slicks, and 11.8 on the bottle.

it's called tractionless runs. He DID run it on street tires. It's not like he's using slicks like everyone else. At best, with a good driver you'd only be able to pull low- mid 13s on those street tires. On slicks, like he stated, its an easy low/mid 12 car.

I dunno about that man. Admittedly, I have an AWD, but I am not a very good driver, and my very first time ever at a drag strip, I got a 2.026 60' time.

Yeah, with a FWD, it's going to be harder, but still, that sounds wrong. Unless the guy just bolted a 20g onto his car, and didn't do anything else, then he's going to be the same as stock.

Most likely he put his car in a diet. ;) No way 270who will net 11's on a full weight FWD dsm.

LOL that makes a lot more sense now.

WHo cares about the ET. He trapped 116 which isn't all that bad..It's a full weight 2G and a HRC 20G, not a "real" 20G IMO

I first bought that car stock and 3 months later I've put all those mods into the car. I took hours and hours putting the parts in within the 3 months periods. All the parts are brand new when I bought it. I didn't have the ACT 2600lb in yet. When I first took it out for spin with the stock clutch, all I got to say is this thing is fast. I've race couple LS1 and pull away pretty fast. I'd never had the chance to run it at the track. The car had a lot of traction problem and the stock clutch is starting to slip. After 3000 miles with those mods, I've decide to sell it to buy an 96 GSX with the same setup as my old 99 GST. John bought it and he put in an ACT 2600lb and he said it pull much harder than with the stock clutch since its getting all the power to the wheel and is not slipping anymore. This car does trapped 116mph and it is no joke. I was scare when I first took it out for a spin.
Dannyboi's in Dsmtuners is my old 96 GSX with the HRC Super 20g and that car is very fast too but it will loose to my old 99 GST on the highway. The GST pull much harder on the roll, but the GST will get owned by the GSX 1/4 mile. I now have a 92 GSX with T3/T4 setup with 216 race core, VPC/AFC, 660cc, 3" all the way, etc.....Tai

I wonder if he sniffs glue before he drives. I think i could train a chimp to drive better then this guy.

i cant believe the trap with that time??

Next up on worlds worst drivers THIS GUY :p

I don't know...Seems like a good river should pull a mid to high 12 in that. 400+hp...

Ok so maybe I'm a good driver, but before I had LSD, with street tires, on a Big 16g, nice sidemount IC, full supporting mods, I did consistent mid 13's in my FWD. Trap speed 110 mph. nothin' unusual

guys guys... this is the stock H rated tires we are talking about, no human being can put good times with those especially on a big turbo. This guys must have had no first gear traction, no second gear traction and then on third he started going... the 116mph is a good speed so you see that the turbo is pulling the problem is traction.

I'm not the owner of the car now, but that car use to be my car. I did all the work to it and decided I want to got AWD because of the traction problem I had with that car. I had it up for sale and he bought it from me. That car got potential and will trap 116mph...it is no joke. The problem is the traction and the driver, but the power is there.

I'm running the Super 16G and I mange to pull 14.2 with an automatic FWD. Lag is not as big of an issue for me though because I can spool off the line, but man feathering the throttle should take care of some of those traction issues. I was pulling 2.3 60' which is horrible. I'll be dropping the Level10 Tranny in this spring and hopefully it will help with those 60fts.

those are bad times the trap speed is good but i ran a 13'6 with a stock 14b with a trap of 110 with h rated tires and their bald as hell cuz i have a fwd so its deff the driver

Jesus for one... a 100mph trap on a 14b is very impressive if you actually did that, great job! But I sure hope that you are a FWD with some donuts on thr front cause 110mph is easily a low 12 in an awd...
