Every time I turn the drain on my valve cover vent catch can, I get a decent amount of water that drains out. I get a little bit of oil, but mostly water.

I just recently rebuilt the engine and have great compression. 165's on 2G pistons.

I've changed the oil, thinking I blow a nether head gasket, and made sure there wasn't any water there. That all looks good.

I then thought a bad PCV valve was pulling moister in from the intake backward into the catch can, but recently switched to a 2G MAS that doesn't have the bung to reattach the can at the moment; but still have water accumulating.

The car is running great; better than ever ! !

Is this anything to worry about ?

NOTE: The catch cans not the best built thing in the world; but for being home made, its well done.

Blowby consists of water vapor and oil, so when you see lots of water in the catchcan that is normal.
