intake manifold need info

i was told that u have to take the head off to get the intake manifold off is that true or is there a way to get to the bottom bolts?

No, it's not true. Maybe with basic wrenches it's not possible but with the tools available it should be possible. Just get some ratches with a swivel and you should find some way to get down there. Might have to go from under the car to get some of the bolts tho.

its not easy but i can tell you I watched Wes (my mechanic) pull the IM off the car in 30 mins with the head still on and 30 mins later it was back on..
