im lookin gat a boost controller and i dont know if i should spend the big money on an electric one, the avc r, or just get an mbc for cheap. future upgrades include 20 g turbo, intercooler, fuel pump, bov, that kind of thing. does it mak eany sense to getting this? and what are some of the nice features. and uh, cheapest price?

if your looking for an electronic boost controller this is a great answer.

I bought one of these and use it on my car and it works like a charm. You set the high and low buttons were you have and the third is a manual called volume where you can set it anywhere you want from stock 11psi to 30psi or whatever your turbo will make.

Big bonus, their cheap too. Mine ended up being just a few bux over 100 when it was done.

i have an avcr and im a firm believer in them, the number of tuneable variables means you can use it with any setup you might ever have, but it is expensive. alot of people are going to say 'buy an MBC and use the money for something else' , it really depends on your personal choice

I have an AVC-R and its amazing...
Deffinately go and spend the extra cash to get a better boost control

wow, that profec does look cool, i might have to put my avcr on ebay and buy one, but then it wouldnt match my safc, decisions decisions = )

I had both the Apex’i avc-r and super afc. They both worked well and looked awesome. The looked so nice that they were stolen when my car was robbed. I now have the Greddy profec-b and HKS super afrFR. I like this unit because it's smaller and has a hi/low setting that I can switch with the push of a button, via a steering wheel remote. The Apex’I units were too cumbersome to me and I had them blocking my center vents so I froze my ass off in the winter.
