I bought Comp cams 101200 I remove them from the box and noticed that the intake and the exhaust cam both had a slot for the cam angle sensor. I had a shop install the cams and the there is a missfire in the #2 and 3 cylinder. I have not had a chance to go buy and check on it but what could be the problem. Does all the new cams come like this? I had them remove the 101100 and only the inake cam had the slot:confused:

Both of my comp cams has these same slots in them, and I haven't had any trouble with them.

what is hapening is that if he puts air into the #2 cylinder after turning turnig the engine where that cylinder should be close you wold here air As he start loosing the exhaust cam caps the valves would close. I know it is not the new cams know because the same thins happened when he put the old cam back in. the same thing happen in all the cylinders so know in the process of putting back together.
