What manny will fit a 1g

Ok, I'm replacing my 14b because it's starting to suck (it's 12 years old, no rebuilds and untill I got my car, i think poorly maintained...) and putting in either a 16g or a big 16g. I figure I may as well throw on a 95+ or Evo manifold while I'm in there.

My question is- Do either of them fit? Or will I have to have them machined to fit. Most likely I'm going with a 95+ because they're easier to find, and most likely cheaper.

Any help would be great!

They come on your vehicle in japan so they will bolt right in. I'd get the evo manifold the 95 + cracks alot. Mines cracked in 3 places.

I have and EVO manifold and it's great and it fits fine.

The EVO manifold is JUST as prone to cracking as a 2g manifold. It's made of the same exact matrial. It's up to you which one to get, a ported 2g manifold is $20 cheaper then a ported EVO manifold, you wont see really any difference switching between the two. (although some swear by it.. whatever.)

go with the evo manifold. it is only a couple bux cheaper. (take into consideration how much we spend on our cars) i saw a guy on the trader posting evo mani's for 189 + shipping. might want to check it out.

The Lancer manifold is a bit larger overall than the 95 manifold but the biggest difference is found at the collector. The unit comes standard with a 7cm2 opening and can be ported even larger with ease.
