Any reason why I can't find ATR exhaust?

I'm currently in the market for a new catback as my Apexi muffler rusted apart, and I don't want to go with Apexi again. So, after going through the usual catbacks and such I stumbled upon the ATR. I remember a friend of mine has it and it was ungodly throaty and fairly loud. Now I can't seem to find it anywhere and there website isn't working. Is there anybody that can point me in the right direction with this?

They are out of Business. They closed almost a year ago. I do have one of their exhaust and it is UNGODLY loud.

That was more or less the answer I was assuming and waiting for. So is the website that he posted incorrect about having them or should I just email/call them? Either way, is there anyway you could post a clip? Or maybe a clip of that Thermal you have in your profile. I'll give you two dollhairs.

Well

YOu know DSM's neither one is running right now. They both have a deep tone. The ATR seems to drone at highway speeds. IT really is kind of annoying.

I have an ATR on my 2G. It is throaty, it is loud , and it does drone. It's also super straight and of high quality.

+1. I also have it. I remember an old thread about exhausts stating that the ATR and Buschur exhausts were the same thing. That their ATR exhaust came with instructions that read "How to Install your new Buschur catback". I dunno as I bought mine used so I never had any instructions.

So is there any chance that either of you could send me a clip at all via email or posting it? PM for email.

Hi,

I stumbled onto this thread completely by accident. I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but Jegs is selling ATR downpipes. They are being advertised as the same ATR that made bad ass exhaust systems for DSM's. I haven't called Jegs yet to see if they have them in stock, but it may be worth investigating.
