Princeton,
I have a profec B on my 95 GST and unfortunately my wastegate spring is set at 1 BAR (14.75psi) and with an FP green i can't get any traction.
i was wondering if anyone makes a boost controller that you can set for each gear.

dejon tool has some good prices on prettymuch everything, and i've not heard anything bad about them. besides, for what you get from selling your profec, you should be able to get the dejon mbc and still have enough left over to take your woman out for a nice evening on the town;)

i'm looking for a boost controller that automatically switches when i switch gears. i'm talking at least three settings. the profec B is essentially the same thing as the dejon tool one except that it's electronic. the kind i'm looking for would probably also be electronic and pretty complicated

You are describing EXACTLY what the Dejon Tool 3 stage mbc is... you asked for it, and there it is... your exact solution. I know of no other mbc that does this other than the dejon tool one.

Give us some feedback once you get it... seems like it would really kick ass on a FWD :)

Yea the AVC-Rcan do that for you. But comes with a heafty price tag of about 600 dollars U.S.

Here is what showed up on ebay for the avc-r

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1874213674 (Buy it now, $440)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1873927824 (Current Bid $335 NR)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1943142406 (Current Bid $122.50 NR)

That last one closes in 16 hours from now so it will likely hit a bit higher however it's likely not to exceed $300 based on the current bids. That would be a good choice, free shipping if it's over $350.
