my stock turbo is dead.. any idea if this garrett is a bolt-on for 2G?

I think it would be a good replacement for me but I am not sure if it would fit my 2G manifold and O2 housing.

No its not, you would need the full garret manifold. If you want to upgrade to the t-28 then you should check out forced performances website.
