chtown,
i have a 6 bolt in my 2g and i just got a set of 650 fic injectors and i took the little blacl o ring plastic thing that is at the bottom of the injector sto allow that big o ring to fit in there so thats all good now! Now the top of the injector that pushes into the fuel rail, well thats where im into the trouble its right loose in there and i also have no o ring on the end (top) of the injector. So my question is will a stock 450 cc injector o ring at the top where the fuel rail pushes in fit on my fic 650's? cause i just could go to mitsu and order 4. Please help me thanks!!

I see that little o ring but there must be something that fits inside the fuel rail where the injectors stick in to its just to big of a hole for that little green o ring to seat into im thinking there was something in there and when i sold my stock 450's i pulled it out with the injectos and never took any pass LOL!! Any more ideas LOL!!

I don't remember there being anything inside my fuel rail after I took out my 450s. Do you have the green o-rings on your injectors or not?

After coating the o-rings with engine oil and getting the injectors in the rail they still moved around a bit. They didn't "lock into place" like I was expecting, but after installing them in the car there were no leaks.

no the littl egren o rings arent on right now but i still kno wthere is goin to big a big gap around the o ring in the fuel rail

I don't know if Mitsu seals will work, but FIC sells a complete seal kit for only $25.

edit: Here's a pic from SBR showing some extra seals on the top. Did you get these injectors new or used?

i tried the mitsubishi ones and they dont quite work. so i bought the o-rings from fic (f#cking rip!) for 25 bux and just replaced mine , they fit nice in the fuel rail.

after all fic does ask you use their orings

Fornd out boys that there not FIC injectors they are 680 cc Rochester injectors ummmm So you think just putting a nice thick o ring on top or maby 2 smaller o rings will work?? It does look liek it would work if i had a nice thick o ring on the top maby!!
