how do you remove the nuts on the stock uic pipe?

im trying to replace the stock upper ic pipe but cant reach the nuts on the frame rail. does anyone have any suggestions. i dont have a wrench thats long enough. is their something i can remove to reach it besides the air filter and fuse box?

Remove the splash guard in front of the passenger tire and you should have all the access to it that you need.

if these are the ones under the bcs, don't bother...just take a hacksaw to the plastic support that the nuts secure. you won't see it once the new uicp is on.
