im looking to upgrade from my evoIII 16g to an agp rs60. i have 550's now and wanted to know what you guys thought would be the best matched injector size for my needs. i will be tuning with an safc II. thanks in advance for the help

Well, unfortunately, your putting yourself in a bad situation...

Normally, for a 60trim (or equivalent) sized turbo, you will want to be boosting 20-25psi pump, which calls for injectors as large as 780-880cc....Problem is, without an EPROM to get a chip for or DSMLINK with the great base settings, you will never get your car tuned well with the piggybank...

You will have super high timing from the large compensations, even if you just choose to keep the boost low on 680cc injectors...

So, the only solution I see is that if you want a good tune on your RS60, sell the SAFCII and 550's and you can probably afford dsmlink...SO, just find a labtop, Eprom ecu, and 850cc injectors, and you should be Golden as far as tuning...

Yes you are going to need a larger injector then just that safc can handle. If your lucky you may already have an eprom ecu. If you have the cash step up to Dsmlink but if your looking for a cheeper route, get an eprom ecu (if you dont already have one) get it socketed & get an eprom chip burned for whatever size injectors you choose & use the safc for fine tunning.
