If you have all of the cam caps off and the CAS out you can pry on the cams (not on the lobes) with a large screw driver. Be gentle the will come right out.

ok i got the cams out thatnks.. non im on everything else the springs and all.. how do i get thoes out.. i have aol and yahoo can someone get back to me and thanks craig

Well if you want to take the valves out. You need a valve spring compressor or if you do not have one you can use a deep socket and a hammer. If you use the socket and hammer make sure to keep track of valve keepers.
