fixing seal on 16G

My friend is selling me his 16G, but it needs a new seal? Can any recommend a good place to get this new piece it needs, and has anyone ever done a turbo rebuild, and know how much trouble this is to do? Any recommendations on where to get a new seal for 16G would be much appreciated.

I don't think you're going to find one single seal for a turbo anywhere. Chances are you'll end up buying a rebuild kit. Call or email some vendors like turbochargers.com, teamrip.com etc.
