What makes a MBC "fail safe"!!???

Hey everybody. I need to know what exactually makes a MBC fail safe. Like for example if the spring breaks etc. Any instructions for making one? Just wondering. thanks

Also is it possible to hit 13 psi without a MBC? i have mods just not a mbc yet. thanks again

yes hitin 13 psi with out a mbc is possible with a few mods......as for a mbc being fail safe No.......theres the precausion of always keeping an eye on the mbc and cleaning the mbcs spring and ball barring like once a year <see if theres not oil in there> if your worried that much spend the extra buck for an eletrical boost controller <im going to the Ebc too many problems with the damm mbc for me<maybe just the brand tho>
