Idle Air Control Valve question

[4G63 For Me]

I'm replacing my idle air control valve. Autozone has them listed for $180. Advance Auto has them listed at $45. The one at Advance Auto comes "without speed control". What the heck does that mean? Why the price differences?

I asked them these questions and they didn't know.

You can purchase refurbished ones for a lot less. I'll poke around for the link and post it.
