turbine exhaust stud

Anybody wouldnt know where to get a turbine housing exhaust stud and bolt. I was told I would need one that could withstand heat

Your nearest mitsu dealer is a good bet.
I had to buy all new bolts and studs for my manifold and turbo.

They aren't cheap because they are "heat treated" said the dealer.I already know the turbo and manifold gets hot and strips the threads especally with the vibrations from the engine and exhaust.Oh well, so far so good.

I purchased mine from a local store that carries every type of bolt, nut, screw imaginable. Took my old ones in, told the guy what I needed and what it was for. He came back with a set...paid like $4 each.

Check your phonebook for listings named for example..."City Bolt Supply" or "Rochester Screw"

The mitsu dealer should have plenty in stock. Get it from them and you won't have to wait for delivery like you would if you decided to buy one online.

That stud is removable. A good pair of vise grips can get it out. Most peole I know (myself included) end up removing that stud and replacing it with a bolt. It makes subsequent manifold removals that much easier.

He's talking about the turbine to o2 stud, not manifold to turbine.

Correct, but a bolt could be used there if you really wanted to, just would need to make sure it wasn't too long to ride up onto the O2 sensor.

Silly me. Yeah you'll need the stud. A bolt won't even get in there to fit. Dealer's the best place to go.

Yeah I went to the dealer todat and ordered the stud and a compressor outlet gasket!
