Right now, I'm just about done installing my Supra TT fuel pump and I have concern about overruning my fuel return line, I already have an AFPR installed (Full Throttle Speed). I also already rewired my fuel pump. So, I got a few questions.

1. How can I tell if my return line needs to be upgraded?
2. What do I need to buy to replace the entire return line from the FTS AFPR to the tank?
3. Is there some kind of guide on how to replace this? If so, what is the link?
4. How do you adjust the base fuel pressure?

Thanks in advance for the responses.

Thats what I used to build my return line with all -6an lines and fittings. It's also a good read and explains why it should be done. You can get almost all of the fittings and stuff from jegs. If you don't want to modify your fuel rail you can check out SBR, they have fittings that bolt onto the fuel rail to be able to mate it with the -6an fittings.

Slowboy also offers an entire kit (although you can build your own for roughly half the cost)

I'm not sure how the full throttle speed AFPR works, but with the aeromotive AFPR theres an adjustment stud on top of the unit.

Good post, but one minor edit. The fittings that SBR sells actually bolt onto the fuel rail; they don't thread into it.

Ah, you're right. Thought I remembered mine threading in, but I double checked and they do bolt on. Its fixed now.

The FTS AFPR is basically a bolt on AFPR, with the last connection being a hose barb that eventually goes to the hard line and back to the tank. I'm worried about everything after the AFPR, not the fuel feed line but thanks for the input.

Also, when I was puting the Supra TT pump back in, I used some electrical tape to cover up some of the more open connections that I soldered onto the bare wire. Is this ok? I'm worried that the tape may come off and clog something. I also have the black wire (not the one coming from the pump) touching the pump itself. Would it be ok to use a zip tie to move it out of the way or would that eventually dissolve from the gasoline? Thanks.
