I dont have a cel... Im thinking its either a vaccuum leak or need to adjust the tps... Also when I give it gas the rpms wont drop when I let off..... I eliminated the charcoal vaccuum cannister and didnt connect the vaccuums that led to that, would that cause a leak? Please help...

If you didn't plug those lines that go to the charcoal canister then you have a vacuum leak there.

Yea I did... What about the emission purge solenoid(Evap Control Valve Circuit).. what about the vaccuums on those.... I didnt plug those but not sure if I have to...

is it a rough idle or more of a "surge". When i say surge i mean bouncing around.

I have the magnus intake manifold and have only 4 vaccuum sources... I eliminated the cannister so do I have to plug up all the sources that led to cannister or stock intake mani?

Remove all of the extra BS. block off the egr and remove all of the excess useless lines. Leave the solenoids conected if you are to lazy to bypass them(like myself), and cap off any ports that are open. I've got zero emissions on my car(i.e charcoal canister, egr, purge/evap) and zero boost/vacuum leaks.. Every useless line that you can afford to get rid of, eliminates one more potential leak problem down the road.

Do a search of for idle surge.. it is quite prevalent and there are countless topics on this subject. -or you can just go ahead and delete the Idle control all together. My 1G TB has no FIAV, IASC, etc at all, and it idles like a champ. I need to give it just a hair of gas till it warms up in the morning, but after about a minute, it idles steady at 800rpm.
