I want to upgrade my timing belts to the greddy extreme belts and so far I've only been able to locate the Evo 4g63 set.

I called greddy at

The rep gave me the following: Part # 13534500 on the main belt
Part # 13534501 on the balance belt

He did specify that I should inquire further before buying it because a Mitsu Eclipse was not made and that was the closet one he could find.
can anybody who has this belts installed give me a hand.

i am fixing to order a set of these for my GS-T. i had run into this same problem as you have and could only find them for the evo. i have since found them in a couple places specifically for the eclipse 4g63. try www.ptuning.com, or www.revhighonline.com. i deal with revhighonline quite a bit, ask for joe and im sure he can find you exactly what your looking for. revhigh is one of Greddy's main dealers on the east coast. if you are interested in getting ahold of them their phone # is: 321-945-3333. they have ordered some Greddy stuff and other brands for me before that noone else wanted to help me out with. hope this helps you out.

I've spent countless hours searching on this topic with no definite answer.
:thumb: Thanks for the reply it will be most helpful on my quest!

According to Extreme PSI the 90-99 Eclipse Greddy Timing belt is Part #13534500
They dont list the B. Belt, pat number but the timing belt is the same part number you already got. :thumb:

I have always read to just use a plain old Mitsu belt.

What makes the Greddy one so special except for the price tag and their name sprayed on it?

 Well I'm willing to pay that little extra more for a little better peace of mind.
My engine ceased after barely hitting the 10,000 mi mark when it was installed the timing belt and balancer belts were replaced.
When I took it apart I found out my balancer belt gave in and snapped, setting me back $450 USD on head work alone.......
In conclusion it might be the same quality as you say, but my guess is that the material used by Greddy (Kelvar) is more durable.
I haven't bought the belts yet so I'm open to more suggestions :thumb:
