Before my EMS could be install i need to replace my intake which was made to fit the MAS so my question is if is better to have a muffler shop make me one or spend a little bit over $100 to buy one of dejontool.com ? I don't know any other site that sells em and which route is cheaper?

i used an injen style ebay intake with a 4" filter at the end, works well but time for a cold air intake.

When using the EMS, if you don't need to recirculate the BOV, you can use any Cheap Ebay CAI intake that is made from 3" polished aluminum. I used the CAI for a 90-94 Honda Accord, like one of the "Tech articles" suggested here on tuners. It worked out perfectly and cost less than $40 shipped with a K&N style filter. I just put my Real K&N filter on when I was done installing it. It should look something like this.
