2G Cold air intake or no for a 2G with K&N?

Should I just go for the K&N filter or should I go for a cold air intake for it?
Also where could I get a K&N filter the cheapest one I can find is at Checker considering ebay sellers w/tax and shipping comes out to more than $110.

I'm gonna assume you have a N/T since your asking about a cold air intake. If your car is a turbo you might not want to get a cold air intake because it would suck up water.Your best bet for finding stuff cheap is on ebay. If you are indeed a N/T then a cold air intake will help you out.
