I'm doing a 6bolt swap in my 95 and I bought a new thermostat housing because I got ajdm enging. The problem is that I don't every thing goes in the thing. Like which hoses go where and where the sensors go. Can anyone help me or take a pick of there's.

Well how different is the 2g from the 1g thermostat elbows , when i dropped my jdm engine in my 1g i simply used the elbow from the 1g turbo and hooked up all the sensors.

I got a brand new from mits no sensors or anything. It's so different from the 7bolt one that I don't know where any thing goes. Can some one snap a pic.

Sorry man, it completely slipped my mind. Here's a shot of mine. I can't remember what year car it came off of, I just know it was some 1g.

Ok, im gonna tell you what everything is, I just thought about it and know what to tell you. The connector in the pic of that t-stat housing is the AC temp sensor, you only need that IF you have AC, the small 1 prong connector is the temp sending unit, the one next to it is the ECU temp sensor. Those two hoses on the front are for the oil/water cooler and turbo water feed, the hose on the back is for the heater core supply. You can go from there.

If you are putting it on a 2g, the 2g only has 2 sensors that go in the thermostat housing. One is for the ECU coolant temps and the other is for the gauge on your dash. I put both of them on the bottom half of the housing where the temp would change the most, and blocked off the top one.

How and what did you block them with?

Thanks For the good info. :thumb:
