Hey guys,
Got a 1994 Eagle Talon TSI

i did a timing Belt, Alternator, Radiator, and Water Pump,

I tried to Start it up to make sure there werent any leaks in the Pump but it wont Start, no spark at all, Just Turns over
Any Suggestions?

The Car was running Great Before the car threw a belt, will teh Sensor go up for no reason?

Any Suggestions on Checking the Sensor?

i hate to say this but the easyist way is to go buy one and plug it in and run a flat head threw it and put a screwdriver in a spark olugwire and lay it on the head put the key in on postion and slip the flat head threw it should throw spark every time the screwdriver pases threw it the sensor cost me 86.00. and it was my second one. i have a brand new 7 bolt from mittsu in here now and thats what stoped her from ronning and she just stoped while i was driving down the road cause she lost spark signal.

try check the alternator choke fuse, if thats blowen your ecu wont your fire your plugs. on top of that check your alternator stud, often they have a black covering around the stud that prevents the main power wire from grounding to the alternator chasing. check that cuze i know a few people thats fixed there problem that way.

Good Luck

there was a piece of Plastic That was on Connection to the stud. it broke when i was screwing it on.... but i dont think its Grounding

What he said, except I just picked up a cas from Ebay. There's a guy on there that always has them for sale with a "buy it now" of around $20. I've bought two off of him over time and they both worked.

If that plastic piece broke and you srewed it down on the stud with out it, then it is grouded. And most likly burned out your fuse, its a 120a fuse. If the plasic piece is still between ithe wire and the housing then its not grounded, and thats not your problem. U should always check fuses, they can be a huge helper in letting you know whats actually wrong. also try swaping your relays, alot of time your strating relay will get burned out, make sure the other one has the same part number, if so then its inner changeable. Normally the other one is for brakes or air conditioning or something like that, so swaping wont hurt any thing. And it may tell you if thats the problem. Also Ohm check your distributer and coil to see if either one is burnt. Also make sure you didn't time it wrong, i'v seen people time the engine 180 off, then wouldn't start because the cam sensor and crank sensor were off. Thats just a few ideas, maybe they might work maybe not, hopfully they do, cuze tehre pretty easy and unexpensive. Minuse the timeing one thats annoying.

Good Luck
