Currently I have an act 2100, when i upgrade my turbo, will I need to upgrade to a 2600? I'm planning on upgrading to a big 16g. Will the two work well together or will it slip too much? Is the small 16g worth the money when you can have a big 16? thanks

Depends what your goals are. you should always let everyone know what the car is going to be used for, cause its hard to answer without that. There are people that run 2100's with L2r's and t3/t4's no problem... but they dont go to the track all the time. I guarantee, unless all you do is slip the clutch and roast it, that a 2600 will be more than enough to last at the tracll a lot with 16g power. I have a big16g and a 2600 and have run many times, and my clutch still feels new.
Again with the turbo, depends on what your goals are. Ive honestly nevery been in a car with a 16g and a big16g with equal mods so i cant tell you what is better. I have a big16g nd love it. I get full boost by 3200rpm and it hold 20+ till redline. Im sure a small 16 would spool a little quicker if I put one on my car, but I also think the big has a bit more top end... choice is yours.

Big 16g / Little 16g

Little 16g if you plan on keeping the sidemount. Big 16g f you plan on getting a fmic. The Little 16g is more efficient.

2100/2600

I just went from a 2100 to a 2600. The 2600 really isn't that much stiffer than the 2100. When I did my 2100 it chattered alot and was much more grabby. I have no idea what my flywheel was stepped at. This time I got a remanufactured flywheel from the same place, but took it to a good machine shop to get resurfaced. They said that it was far from flat. I had them cut it to .610. MY 2600 with a .610 step is smoother engaging and less grabby than my 2100 ever was with a screwed up step.
