weird boost.....help!

sup fellas? I just installed my MBC and gauge today. but I noticed something out of the ordinary. 2nd and 3rd gear, I'm boosting at 16-17 psi, which is fine.....but in 4th and 5th I'm boosting @ 19-20 psi is there something wrong here? I'm not experiencing fuel cut or surging or anything. In fact my car runs alot smoother, and of course faster too.......so what's up?

Its called load... most people either set boost for a 3rd gear, but sometimes a 4th also. There is usually an increase in boost from each gear as more load is produced. Try going up a hill in 5th... j/k youll put too much wear on your motor. Anyhow if you dont hauls ass in 4th all the time, then set boost for 3rd, if you do then set it for 4th...simple

thanks man. I should be good at that then, since I still have the T-25 for now, and it's still stock mostly so it' won't be fast enough at the track to get into 4th
