Toronto,
K well in from of the block (4g63 turbo), there is a water pipe (driver side goes into the water pump) but as for the Pass side it runs along the block. Its a smaller pipe with a ending and a small pipe on the top, What i would like to know is where does the end part go into and also the small pipe?

also On the thermostat housing (bottem part) there is 2 pipes coming out. (where do both go into?

Reason i ask is cuz i got Magnus Intake manifold and the ISC motor was removed, so do i close the ends of the water pipe? or do i hook them up to the TBody?

Or can anyone HELP me and take a few pics of the stock water pipe (pass side)

There are supposed to be two hoses running from the water pipe up into the throttle body. They goto the FIAV if you've disabled it you can plug the holes and get you TB to run a couple degrees cooler.

k so if im not running the ports on the TB can i just cut off the thinner (long pipe) on the water pipe? (just rinning from Rad--> Lower Water Hose--> Water pump) so i can run without the smaller pipe along the block

That pipe on the side is a return pipe for coolant coming from the heater core (big one), nad FIAV valve (small one pointing up). The two outlets below thermostat go to the heater core (bigger) and fiav valve. If that part of TBody was removed, then there's no place for any coolant hoses. Just make a loop from the lower thermostat housing to the return pipe (join the two loose hose ends)

K well I dont have heating anymore or the TB cooler ports. So can i just cut out the samller pipe running along the side? as well should i just cover the 2 holes on the thormast housing? (lower). What i wanted to know, is it fine running the upper rad hose to the thousmast hosuing and the lower hose to the water pipe? (covering up all smaller TB pipes and heater core pipes)

If you just block those outlets you'll be blocking coolant flow. Those outlets are positioned in special places (outlet to FIAV 'soaks' the thermostat). If there's no other water lines there will be no flow, and hot coolant may not be able to get to the thermostat to activate it... I'd say you can shorten the metal pipe and make the loop neat. I don't think crippling the flow is a good idea...
If you've never had a problem running the car with heater flow blocked off you can unscrew the hose adapter for it and screw in a bolt, just use teflon tape or threadlock to prevent leaking.
