hey i just got the 3" gm maf and translator, and i just wanted to know how do i hook it up? is it simple, easy, how long does it take??....any information you can help me with would be greatly appreciated, because i know next to nothing in installing this whatsoever. i'm about mid range when it comes to mechanic work to my car, i just don't really like electrical crap. again, any help is awesome. thanks!

btw-i have a 97 gst. thanks again

You need a place to locate the GM MAF, either somewhere before or more common after the turbo closer to the throttle body. Then you just have to plug in the translator to your old MAS plug and the new MAF plug and an optional wire tap on the CAS for RPM signal. Setup should be 20 minutes long as you have the right pipes and a wire tap.

Here read the Full thread and it will tell you everything you need to know, also on page two is a picture of where to tap the RPM wire. MAFT INSTALL
BTW if you dont want to get Flamed search next time this is a widely discused topic.
