Does the stock exhaust come off in one piece?

If I got a turbo back exhaust with no cat, I'd need one when I went to get emissions testing so I was wondering if the stock exhaust comes off in one piece so I could just put the stock on when I needed to get tested? I know it would be alot of work to do but I havn't seen any 3" downpipes with interchangeable cat/off-road pipe.

Well considering you have a T/A I can't help you. The DSM exhaust however can come out as one peice if you want it too. just unhook the mounts and unbolt it anywhere its bolted to the car or other peices (like O2 housing) then wiggle it out. It will take some wiggling though

Oops, I guess I shouldn't have posted my sig. I was talking about a turbo 1g DSM. I was looking at getting like a '91 for a daily driver.
I know how to get mine off on the T/A. I had to cut in 2 different places to get it out from where it went over the rear axle. My whole exhaust from the motor back has been replaced on there and man, the sound is awesome!
