Couple of questions regarding my setup

I'm finishing up my 6 bolt swap and I'm getting about ready to fire it up but I have a few questions as the car has become a little bit more modified than when it went down.

It's a 2nd gen AWD 5spd. Only mods before the swap were a 1g bov, a 4.5" cone filter replacement and a boost gauge.

I've replaced the 7bolt w/ a semi built 6 bolt. Block has been completely machined, wiseco 9.1:1 .020 over pistons, balanced 1g big rods, clevite and ARP everything, cometic hp hg and everything has been replaced w/ new stuff. The head is a stock 1g head that I disassembled, cleaned, and then rebuilt w/ the best of 2 sets of used hardware. Yes, I know that I need to replace the head w/ something better in about 5 to 10k miles but I hope it works for now.

I've ported the exhaust manifold by removing the step and cleaning up casting marks. I've ported the o2 housing a considerable amount as well. I got 2 14Bs and used the best parts of the 2 to assemble a turbo w/ minimal shaftplay. Exhaust housing is seriously ported w/ the step removed. The compressor housing has also been ported to match an oversized J pipe. I have a Megan 3" catless DP that connects to a 3" Extreme CB.

I am using an SRT4 FMIC w/ hard piping w/ a crushed 1g bov. I still haven't hooked up the piping yet and am not sure as to what diameter I will use. Manual boost controller is also installed. I have done the fuel pump rewire to the stocker and I also have a B&M Command Flow to increase fuel pressure. I have an AFC-II to tune and an OBDII cable for my laptop. I've added an EGT gauge and hopefully oil pressure too.

Onto my questions:

What diameter piping should I use for the FMIC? I have to cut the end tanks off of the stock srt4 one and weld on new ones as the stockers have the inlet/outlet facing the rear of the car.

With my current mods, what do I need to do to my fuel system to take advantage of them? Would it be safe to use the fpr to raise the pressure on the rail to like 58psi to allow me to run more boost? Would I need to use the AFC to tweak this or should the car react ok?

Is there anything else that I'm overlooking that might be a potential problem w/ this build up?

With this combination, what could I expect to lay down at the wheels and what could my spool up range be?

I noticed that you didn't have listed a boost gauge.
I don't see any need to have to run more or less then your 58psi for your fuel.
If you have your pump, pumping enough fuel and a set of injectors, you have no need to raise your pressure in your lines.3
As far as you should be concerned with piping your FMIC. I'd say 2 1/4 or less so that you don't experience to much of a boost drop if you go to a extremly large diameter.
