okay so i have just picked up this intercooler with the piping... i cant figure out how to post the pic so heres the link. http://www.dsmtuners.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=18362&sort=1&cat=7&page=5

and i was wondering how the install with the 16g will go? the piping comes from the drivers side, when the inlet on the turbo is facing the passenger side. I know you need a jpipe, but i guess i dont understand how the pipe will attach from that side of the car. any help. thanks

when I installed my b16g the install kit came with j pipe and a L pipe to connect to the stock sidmount. I would think rotaing it around to face to the drivers side would fix this problem.

the inlet on the turbo is your intake pipe, maf, and filter. it faces the passenger side. the outlet on the turbo from a 16g is on top. you need a j-pipe to direct it downward. then use your U bend and a 90 degree bend to connect to your intercooler. the rest should be straight forward including the uicp.
also, that looks like a johnny racecar core... read this thread for some help.

Or, if you want to do it the easy way you can just buy the j-pipe that SBR sells. It exits where a downdraft turbo would for easy hook-up.
