oil drain line flange is hitting one bolt on the compressor housing. If I have all of them in accept this one bolt will the compressor housing suffer?

I already tried dremeling some of the flange away for it to clear but its not gonna happen.

Loosen teh bolts on the compressor housing clamps and slightly turn the turbo then retighten.
