Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone here runs this turbo? I was looking into a Big28 but it's backed order for like 3 months. I was also wondering about the BB ETA22? Does anyone have any other info other then what their site says. I plan on calling them tomorrow to ask them personally, but I'd like some non-basis opinions. Thanks.

BB ETA22....? bb=ball bearing?

if so i have not seen it. but if you are considering a turbo in that price range i would move up to a ETE32

Well I'd like to go with that turbo but I want something that isn't laggy, since I'm an A/T. Hell my T25 spools up at around 3300, and doesn't hit full boost until 3800. The BB does stand for Ball Bearing. And on their site they said they have two BB versions, one "street" 400 whp, which I beleive to be ETA22 with a BB option. What's the spool up time on your ETA32, isn't that the one you have?

The Ball bearing turbo are $2200 for the street version. As for the ETE32 most people I have talked to and have ridden in are getting full boost before 3800 rpms and most around 3500 rpms.

Just call down to Extreme turbo one of the shop cars is EXACTly like your GS-T turbo. Talk to Michelle about it. That is her car.

i've got an auto w/ an eta32
boost starts to build up right at 3000 rpms
full boost(14psi) at 3600,3700 rpms
thats w/ a 2.5 inch downpipe
the lag isn't bad at all

Hey tsitalon95 have you done any tranny mods yet? And have you ran your car yet? I'm leaning towards a ETA22, ETA32, or a S16G with the tubular manifold. All three are about the same price in the long run.

i'll be getting the translab shift kit & end clutch kit probably in june
i might go to the track that month also to see how it runs tuned
then once after i get the injectors, & dsmlink & get it tuned, run it again
i got a fmic on the way

Get the shift kit and end clutch. They are around $150 for both I think. They will make your car more fun to drive and should be good of a couple of tenths in the 1/4.

I run the ETA32 with stock 02 housing and manifold and I see full boost (19-20psi) by 3600-3800rpms.
