Hey guys, ive got a 92 tsi awd w/ the following mods, and on cold days i always seem to be hitting fuel cut around 4K RPM's. ive got 550's but i havent had the time to install them yet, and an OLD style afc controller w/ the 5 knobs. would adding the 550's, and a new style s-afcII help out w/ the fuel cut, or should i just go w/ the 550's, and a new ecu chip from dsmchips.com thanks guys,
Here is the current mod list.

Must you really ask? Doesn't the MAF Translator have injector compesation? Put the 550's in and compensate for them.

I run a SAFC I Blue Screen and FIC 650's and I have NEVER EVER had fuel cut.

check for boost leaks and if you dont have any then install the 550 and compensate with the MAFt

the cpu has already counted the leaking air..On my car I have the maft in a blow through setup so all the air before the mas wont matter, right???

you could still have a boost leak in the throttle body, at the TB gaskets, in the vacaum system, etc... since you have a maft you dont need to pressurize it from the turbo on just hook the leak tester up at the maf. that way you only check what you need too
