what do i have to do to make it work. I have heard you have to bore the rods, but how much?anything else i have to do?

Youll need to have the rods machined and have new buschings put it for the pistons to fit. Its only a few mm's I think. It really isnt much more expensive to go with a forged piston as they are direct fit. You might want to have the cylinders honed out to stock bore or a little over if they are in bad shape, but make sure your piston/rings are compatable according to what you do. Other than that they work nicely with the big rods...
