Want to put DOHC in a SOHC car

I bought my sendond 1g eclipse last night for a $100, its complete but the motor has taken a walk :thumbdown . I have my first 1g eclipse but it was in a accident and has a good DOHC 2.0 in it , both of the cars are '92s... would there be a problem swaping the motors?

It can be done, but you will have the swap the wiring harness for the engine, then you may have to swap some motor mounts, but you have both cars sitting there, so It shouldn't be really hard, just time and work.

it might even be easier to use the body panels from the sohc as opposed to putting the engine in. unless things are that bad on the dohc....

I would have just changed the body panels but the whole front end is pretty f***ed up... but thanks anyway.(the hood flew up and smashed the roof up)
