What could cause this i'm drawing a blank

I got my clutch fixed this weekend by a friend. After we were all done with the car i took it for a test drive. Everything was perfect. Then i drove it to taco bell, on the way there everything was perfect also. When i leave taco bell and start driving home, my car is just acting really strange. My idle is surging, and every few seconds it burps really loud sorta like v8s do, and when it burps the idle surges down a little bit, also i have barely any power when i gas it and my turbo spools up really slow. The main thing that confuses the hell out of me is my blow off valve, when i get above maybe 6 pounds and let off the throttle it stutters like 3 or 4 times and is really quiet.

It makes no sense because everything leads to a boost leak but everything was working perfectly and then 15 minutes after leaving the car in the parking lot i come back and it has this problem. I checked to see if an ic pipe blew off but everything is all tight i checked all the couplers and clamps and i checked all the vacuum lines to my blow off valve and from the intake manifold. Theyre all brand new and in perfect condition.

also my cel light was on before dave fixed my clutch and after we were all done it went off and stayed off, then on my way home about half way there it came on again.

Anyways i know my description of the problem sucks total balls but its hard to explain u just have to feel it i guess, thats my problem any suggestions greatly appreciated i'm so drawing a blank right now.
