Exhaust restriction? That much impact?

Okay... I need some help here.

sm16g + rre downpipe + apexi n1 exhaust

and

pte scm 50trim + stock downpipe w/ test pipe + stock catback exhaust

Which setup would be faster? I know the 50 is way bigger but does the restriction of the exhaust cause that much of a difference in performance? I know the 50 will not reach it's full potential with a stock exhaust but would it be faster than the first setup?

I'd say the 16G would be faster simply because anybody foolish enough to run a big turbo on a stock exhaust has to have made other errors too (like tuning).

Honestly though, to me it's like asking the question, who would be faster? A normal guy running a mile, or carl lewis with 1 leg?

not to be like everyone else but you need your supporting mods first and correct me if i'm wrong but wont the spool time on the 50 turbo be insanely high b/c of the stock restriction i might just be pullin' that outta my a$$
