2G Vacum Question

at idle my car hits only -8hg on the gauge...every other DSM that i've seen with any mods on it hits around -13 to -15 hg...anyone have an idea of what the problem could be??

mods: big 16G turbo, RRE downpipe, 3" cat-back exhaust, GReddy UIC pipe with typr S BOV ....thanks for the input...

vac leak, or maybe its cuz u live so high up.

The cold might have something to do with it? I had 15hg until this month now I read 10 on a cold start and 15(normal) once hot.
