90 fuel rail difference?

Trying to stick in my 650cc FIC's from a used 2003 EVO in my 1990 eclipse. The bottom seats are too big and they dont set snug. I don't want boost leak problems here. They came with new ones but they seemed loose too. Is there any kind of trick to getting them snug. Can I use some kinda spacers or anything HELP!
