salmon arm,
i am looking to get a set of forced performance comp cams!!!!! i have read all of the forums and i know that you do get better top end performance with the comp 2's!!!!! i don't want to be bagging my car to 7300 rpm all the time but will go to 6000 rpm no problem on a daily bassis..... what do you recommend with a ar .82 with a stage 3 57 trim and a 2.3 stroker kit, check my vehicle profile for the other mods? of course i want to gain the most power but i don't want to have to rev it to 7 without noticing an increase in power!!!!!! :dsm: :thumb:

so your only revving to 6,000rpms? I woulda normally suggested lookin into the comp 101300's for that kind of setup, but if your revving to only 6k, comp 2's are more than plenty. And revving that low you might actually get better results from the comp 1's. I have friends with 14b's revving past 6k. But the information is theyre for the cams, you need to decide what you want.

You will be puttting your motor to 7k more often when you see that it runs great at that rpm. All of us here hit 7k on a daily basis. The 4g63 is a great motor that loves high rpms (it just sings and loves it). Anyway I would go with the 100s if you are not going above 7500.
