TMO Clutch Wire with diode

I put my new tmo stage 3 on my ECU eprom bord with a socket.

before install my clutch wire,. I cut the pin #104 from the ECU connector and leave it free,. to see if the chip work. Every thing work perfectlty.

I can set 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500 and 6000 rpm launch. and my rev limiter was set at 5500rpm.

So,.after I see everything work,., I decide to connect the clutch wire with a 1kv diode.

NOW,. I can't select a different launch RPM. It's set to 4500,. I follow the step from TMO website,. engine OFF,. key ON,. press pedal clutch, etc...

but still at 4500 launching RPM.

I dunno why?? Maybe a bad connection ??, I put my diode on the GREEN wire from the clutch connector.

I didn't follow the link to the directions, but are you sure you put the diode in the right way? I'm not sure of your electronics background, but diodes are like checkvalves--they only let signals flow one way. Check to make sure you didn't install it backwards.

thx for your reply,.. no the diode I put it in the other way and it's work perfectly.

I just see that I don't do the steps well. I forgot to press the throttle pedal when I press the clutch in.

So everything is OK.
