You PMed me but i reply so more people can see.

Speed-design is a great shop, small but do excelt work. Its pretty much a one man shop so somtimes things get backed up, but im sure if you call and ask how long it would take to put the FMIC together he would be able to awnser it.

I have the intercooler and i love it, 24x10x3 bar and plate, 2.5" piping. I have no problems with it as for the other people i know that run it. And have no worries about buying from them, you will get your product, should have no worries with them.

I will say it might take a few weeks to get the intercooler, he has to make everykit. Weld everything up and weld up the intercooler endtanks. Shouldnt take too long, but it is pretty much a one man show during the week and he does other jobs besides dsm stuff. He has a full blown machine shop so the city and other places come to him for work to be done. But i wouldnt worry about it taking too long, just call and find out how long he thinks.

Also here are some pictures on my car so you can see the actual size of this and quality

Were there any fitament issues (cutting bumper to make it fit) or did it basically just 'bolt on'??

Umm every fmic you will have to cut the bumper some. This kit, the actually bumper cover needs to be trimmed but thats not very hard and not very much has to come off. The actual bumper needs to be notched out. Nothing a saw cant handle. Other than that bolts right on, no problems.
