I am trying to get my car on the road right now and keep having problems. The turbo I am gonna run is a ITS GTS61 ( 61mm, to4e, Stg5, .63) But it has a 4 bolt turbine housing. I was reading and found a post that said I had to use a 5 bolt ford style hosuing on that manifold.

Is there anyway to get around this? Im alreadey over budget and just need to get the thing on the road, And of course I find this out after I buy the manifold.

This is the thread the info came from

These are my ideas-

1. Make another style of adapter plate and space the turbo out a little of the manifold and move it foward

2. Hahn style manifold spacer

You can try the hahn spacer just stack something on the stock studs and see how much room you need to make your setup fit, then call hahn and ask them how thick their spacer plate is....

I'm in the same boat you are.
The solution I have come up with is to order a half inch spacer plate from either Hahnracecraft or Roadrace. Then go to a hardware store and find M8 studs that
will be long enough. Other option is to sell your turbonetics manifold, and get a bolt on turbine housing from bullseye. (that maybe what I'm opting for, but I spent almost $500
on the turbonetics manifold

Im the one that jdmspliner purchased the manifold and wastegate from and now hes trying to back out. Beware of this guy.

If I understand your problem correctly you need a 4-bolt O2 housing.

Give us a call, we've been making this product for over two years now. We make mitsu, Garrett 5-bolt as well.

Or you could keep your turbonetics manifold, run this housing with a 38mm internal wastegate without changing your downpipe. Click Here for Details
