7 Bolt Oil Squirter ?

I am currently building a 93 7bolt and i have wiseco 8.5 forged pistons and eagle rods. I have decided to eliminate the oil squirters from my block after hearing enough evidence that they were not needed. I was was having the idea of blocking them off with an alen head cap screw and some lock-tite. Any other 7bolt guys ever heard or done this, any info would be great.

I never heard non ever plan to do this. To me it seems idiotic but i don't know much about engine building.

Still, I'd keep them as well. I don't buy the CW-cause theory.

After reading that Magnus report it was more then enough for me to want to take them out. That set up should hold lock tite is the shiznit as well.

JUST TAKE THEM OUT AND ENJOY MORE OIL PRESSURE AND LONGER LIFE WITH LESS WORRY OF CRANKWALK!!!

Not being smart either but i am taking them out the question is what is the process for elimination not if i should or not. I seem to keep getting bad info on my question. I asked if an Alan Head Cap Screw With locktite would be enought to seal the openings for the squirters. Thanks Zach
