Turbo ?

ok all i got my new turbo from rnr racing i ordered the 50 trim the bolts right to the stock manifold. so i took it out to my engin which is out of the car and tryed to bolt it up and the dam thing wouldent fit the turbo hits the block. my question is how do i tell the regular 50 trim from the hybrid and if some one has pics of the hybrid they should post so i can compair.

Does it have a T04E compressor cover? It's probably hitting the water pipe, and the pipe needs dented in a bit to make it fit.

There was a bolt in the way too when I was mounting my 50 trim....had to grind down the head of the bolt.....tight fit!

i got a pte scm50 and it bolted right up. no need to dent the line.. The turbo didnt interfer with anything.

hit the block? i hope you mean waterpipe. Not a big deal, sometimes rotating the compressor housing a little bit you can get it around it, or just dent the waterpipe with a hammer and bolt it on.
