I am trying to keep my car as "sleeper" as possible... I'm going all black piping underhood... 1G BOV (possibly sprayed black)... Big T-28 so the turbo looks stock... and a ported EVO III manny so that the manny looks stock... I thought about dual side mounts... but I couldn't figure out how it would work off of a single turbo? if I am pushing 18psi with a T-28 I am assuming I wouldn't need a "KING-KONG" skyline intercooler... how would a dual sidemount set-up work? and what are some suggestions for the afforementioned turbo and boost level? I would LIKE to keep the "rice-boy repellant" FMIC out of the equasion... but if it would be more bennificial to run one... then so be it... I just want to suprize the #@%#@%#@%#@% out of people... the feeling on the street is "if you have a FMIC you are fast..." and nobody will race you... even if you are like this one kid I met down in Little Rock... he had a 99 or 2000 Civic SI... with a FMIC... don't get me wrong... he EVENTUALLY mated it to a T3/T04... but I herd people talking about how stupid fast his car was... for a month... I finally met him... he told me he had his intercooler installed, but didn't have his turbo done yet... but like I said... "FMIC = image of fast..." anyway... sorry for the ramble... any input would be appreciated... thanx...
dejontool has an upgraded sidemount for 2gs. The bodykit helps with the whole sleeper look in a way.
