1G non turbo engine swap into a 2g talon?

my friend just bought a new JDM engine and his old block and head are sitting around. If I bought it could I switch all my engine parts over to it? and convert my car to 6bolt? I was doing some reading and it seems that the only diffrence in the head is the exhaust cam. are all the oil passages and stuff the same? Im not sure what kinda condition its in but would it be worth it?

use my block and head... your pistons... my rods... and your "intake" cam... The intake cam is the one that is different... We could get it to work. oh yea your oil pan for the oil drain tube
