Difference between 1G 4G63 and 4G63T heads

When referencing to RREs Tech page on the 1G head swap, it said you could use a 4G63 head in the swap also,1G-2G head swap. What are the differences between the two? If any at all? Valves,springs,retainers?

There are no differences between a turbo head and a non turbo head. The difference is in the cams.

I see, thanks. So if I were to do this, have burnt valves, I'd just use my cams, or order af? Cause I have a 1G head in my garage.

Yea you can use your stock cams.
